Long Desc: A huge ice blue giant stands on a small hill, laughing at your challenge.

Like all evil giants, frost giants have a reputation for crudeness and
stupidity.  This reputation is deserved, but they are credited for being
crafty fighters.  They have muscular, roughly human builds.  The typical
male is over twenty feet tall.  Frost giants have snow white to blue skin.
Their hair is light blue or a dirty yellow, with matching eyes.  Frost
giants speak their own languages and the language common to all giants.
He is a giant approximately 25'1" tall.
