NPC: The Chaos Queen
Long Desc: A short woman screams at you in a foreign tongue.

You stand here, looking at a female figure whom is decorated with many
artifacts, which appear to be extremely ancient.  The woman is outraged by
your presence and is shouting at you in what you guess is a language based
on evil and chaos.  As she continues her strange chanting, you notice that
her entire body glows with a dull white light, and her eyes glow turn blood
red.  She is definitly a creature of pure evil.
She is a demon approximately 8'1" tall.
