NPC: A rabid child
Long Desc: A small child is here, driven mad with fear.

This child must have been a resident of the town at one point.  However,
it has obviously been kidnapped for some hideous purpose.  While the child
does not look like it has been starved (in fact, it looks rather plump and
juicy), you can see madness in its eyes.  The child will probably attack
anyone who comes near in an attempt to escape.
She is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
