NPC: An angry ghost
Long Desc: A swirling mist of white churns angrily here.

A glowing white mist in the outline of some gruesome monster floats over
the ground.  Bright pinpoints of light identify where its eyes are, each one
burrowing into your very soul.  You do not know why this ghost appears to be
angry and seems ready to attack, but you don't really want to stay and find
out either.
It is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
