NPC: A decayed gnome
Long Desc: A decaying undead gnome stumbles about on one leg and half a brain.

This diminutive gnome corpse seems to have somehow been resurrected,
despite having had its head caved in with what looks like musta have been a
fifteen-pound sledge.  The rest of its body is covered in burns, welts and
unhealed scabs.  This is not at all a pleasant thing, and is even worse to
smell.  This undead creature is truly a frightening prospect to behold, but
likely not even as bad as what it went through to get that way.
It is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
