NPC: A cuss of a parrot
Long Desc: A rainbow of a parrot swoops and darts overhead.

This brightly colored bird swoops and dives amongst the trees and clear
skies calling out nonsense in a bawdy manner.  It seems to have no thought
for whom it insults.  Its head and body are brilliant crimson with white
patches around its eyes.  The wicked, black beak opens to emit yet another
sneering comment on the person unlucky enough to snag its attention.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
