Long Desc: An average male human wearing the tanned livery of a messenger is here.

This male human is dressed in the tanned livery of a simple messenger,
though he sports a blue emblem of a teardrop outlined by a seven-pointed
star on his right breast.  His medium-length brown hair is pulled back and
tied at the base of his head with a black band, and he looks to be about in
his mid-twenties.  He has a genuinely worried look on his face and he
appears to be actively looking for someone.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
