NPC: A small blue dragon
Long Desc: A small blue dragon speeds through the water.

This small dragon darts through the water around you, which you consider
odd since most dragons tend to stick to the air.  Its metallic blue scales
flash brightly, reflecting the illumination from your light source back into
your eyes.  Its large talons slice through the water as it swims, and you
decide that it might be best if you kept out of its reach.
He is a dragon approximately 9'1" tall.
