NPC: A chaplain
Long Desc: A retired chaplain is here, giving his blessings to visitors.

The old chaplin seems to be weary from his years of studying his
religion.  Small runes dictating his rank cover his well-worn robe.  The
wrinkles in his face, from the years of squinting, do nothing to reveal his
true age.  Small drops of dried blood cover the floor, probably from
numerous paper cuts.
He is a drow approximately 4'8" tall.
