NPC: An animated arm
Long Desc: A hacked-off arm is floating here, glowing with a pale light.

A disembodied arm is floating here in mid-air.  It looks as if it was
ripped from the owner viciously, the arm tearing off just below the elbow.
It is scarred and calloused and the previous owner probably had some sort of
combat experience.  The arm glows with a pale, unearthly light, and is
slowly rotating around a vertical axis.
It is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
