NPC: A fuzzy rat
Long Desc: A cute, furry, disease-ridden rat is here.

The rat is a mass of deep, brown fur, with many tumors and legions across
its body.  Two gnarled teeth protrude, each showing decay from its foam
filled mouth.  Its forelegs have razor-sharp claws that look as if they are
able to slice through solid steel.
It is a rodent approximately 1'6" tall.
