NPC: A mermaid priestess
Long Desc: A beautiful mermaid swims by, singing praises to her god.

This gorgeous mermaid swims off in the distance, giving you wide berth.
Obviously intimidated, she begins singing praises to her diety, praying for
protection should you turn out to be a threat.  Her beautiful long hair
flows out behind her, forming a halo in the filtered light, her voice raises
as the song rises to it's climax and she looks at you, slightly trembling.
She is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
