NPC: A rabid cultist
Long Desc: A wild-eyed man in dirty grey robes dances arhythmically.

Living even farther from the sunlight than the cultists in the upper
catacombs has obviously taken its toll on this man.  His short red beard is
scraggly and unshaven, and his eyes wild with madness.  Scabs and sores are
visible through his broad sleeves as he dances about to a beatless hum,
likely from never removing his worn, disgusting grey robe.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
