NPC: A large black cat
Long Desc: A large black cat is lounging around here.

A large, well-groomed black cat is sprawled across the tunnel floor in
front of you.  It opens one eye and sleepily assesses you, but otherwise
does not seem to be concerned about you.  It has a small silver collar
around its neck, which you see has a silver tag that says "Simon" hanging
from it.  It continues to watch you, absent-mindedly washing its claws.
He is a domestic cat approximately 1'6" tall.
