NPC: The royal swordmaster
Long Desc: The royal swordmaster is here, doing things with a sword you never thought possible.

He wields a sword that is comparable to the legendary Excalibur as far as
craftsmanship is concerned.  He is responsible for training the King's army
and has the sole responsibility of being the King's personal bodyguard.  It
appears he will have his hands full serving this King.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
