NPC: Suzarra, the witch sister
Long Desc: A small, delicate beauty stands here sadly gazing out the window.

A delicate figure stands gazing forlornly out a window covered with bars
of iron.  Turning from the window, her saddened violet eyes blink back tears
and she visibly holds back sobs of anguish.  Her complexion is pale and
fine, the structure of her beautiful face bespeaks a quality of breeding
rarely found.  Around her neck is a curious cat-shaped pendant of gold with
sparkling amethysts for the eyes that seem to follow movement.  Her wispy
lavender gown sets off the soft reddish gold of her hair.  One wonders what
possible menace holds this beauty in its evil clutches.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
