NPC: A frost devil
Long Desc: A devil made from pure ice is here.

This devil is more or less an animated ice sculpture.  It looks more like
a gargoyle with smaller wings than anything else.  The only color on this
creature is in its evil looking eyes which are blood red.
It is a devil approximately 7'1" tall.
