NPC: A captive phoenix
Long Desc: A large phoenix stands here, charring the floor tiles, with a sack over its head.

This large aviary creature, made solely of flames, stands here, slowly
bobbing side to side.  A chain-reinforced, treated burlap sack has been
fastened over its head, tied securely beneath its white-hot beak.  It seems
quite angry, occasionally cawing and wailing, ruffling its clipped wings,
but as long as a safe distance is kept, it cannot harm you..
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
