NPC: A stone tiger
Long Desc: A stone tiger sits here looking pensively at you.

Carved from granite it looks as if it has seen better years as parts of
its structure are showing cracks.  A pair of eyes made from unpolished blue
rhinestones glance at you, seemingly to judge your character.  Engraved
lines which should have outlined the sleek, strong muscles of a tiger are
hardly visible but nonetheless there is this inexplicable air of authority
about it that puts you in awe of it.
It is a animated statue approximately 4'6" tall.
