NPC: A small green dragon
Long Desc: A small green dragon is here, snorting furiously.

This dragon is smaller then others you have seen, but that is still pretty
big relative to, say, a human.  He has a long snout and large yellow eyes.
Green scales reflect light from various sources and protect the dragon's
broad hide from attacks.  There is a faint glassy look to his eyes, as if he
were under some sort of spell.
He is a dragon approximately 10'1" tall.
