NPC: An archmage of Tame
Long Desc: A dreaded archmage dressed in robes prepares an incantation.

You glance at the archmage as he holds an ancient-looking book in front
of him, swiftly paging through it.  You try to make out the inscriptions on
the cover, but it is in a foreign language.  He wears a ceremonial robe
about his body, and various medallions upon his neck.  He seems to have
found the page he was searching for, and begins to chant.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
