NPC: A giant water troll
Long Desc: A hulking beast with matted, sea-green hair waits for prey.

As you struggle against the current of the river a blue-green creature moves
towards you at amazing speed against such a strong current.  With easy
strokes of its well-muscled arms the water troll pushes its way through the
water and leaps out towards you.  Such a powerful creature would be
dangerous on land, here in the water it's lethal.
It is a troll approximately 10'4" tall.
