Long Desc: A small lithe fey thief has penetrated the city, and trolls about spying.

This small fey is very adept at avoiding detection.  He has penetrated
the city and continues to elude the cityguards.  His gold purse is full of
the gold he has purloined off the city's inhabitants and visitors.  He moves
from shadow to shadow, completely undetectable.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
