NPC: Keeper of the Keys
Long Desc: A nasty troll stands here with an evil grin on his face.

Standing before you is a rather nasty looking troll who looks like he has
an evil secret he can barely keep to himself.  He shifts from foot to foot
looking at you with a gleam in his eye that suggests he has some deviltry in
mind.  He is wearing a rusty chestplate over a stained tunic.  A wide
leather belt supports a massive ring of keys.
It is a troll approximately 10'6" tall.
