NPC: An aggressive thief
Long Desc: A thief of the Red Hand leaps on top of you from the shadows.

Before you lurks a a master thief, by his dress you can tell that he is a
member of the Red Hand.  This is one of the most well known guilds for
thieves and assassins in all the land.  He carries a wicked looking dagger
and is dressed in dusky black clothing that has a blood red hand upon the
sleeve.  This fellow moves as silently as a ghost.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
