Long Desc: A Seelie noble visits from the castle, in awe of the vegetation.

Well dressed in silk clothing and smelling of perfume this noble is the
epitome of the Seelie High Court.  He walks with arrogance in his step and
keeps his head held high.  Citizens part the way for him as if he were the
king himself.  Though he acts arrogant he has a reserved respect for the
inhabitants of this frontier town.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
