NPC: A little girl
Long Desc: A little girl eyes you tentatively.

This young blonde girl glares icily at you.  She is approximately eight
years old.  She's wearing a short white dress that flares out from above her
knees.  Her black shoes are shiny and new.  What strikes you odd about the
dress though is it's decaying state.  Sores cover her arms and legs, while
pus runs down them to the floor.  Flaps of flesh hang loosely around her
jawline.  What's more interesting and catches your attention are the large
sunken eyes.  Dark circles form around around them.  She does not blink.
Just stares.
It is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
