NPC: A stubborn mule
Long Desc: A stubborn mule is here, lost in the mountain range.

The stubborn mule once carried provisions for a mountain expedition,
although after falling down from a higher ledge its owners assumed it was
dead.  Now it wanders the mountains aimlessly.  Perhaps you could mount this
angry beast and lead it back into civilization where it can find some food
and water, else it will probably die out here in the cold.
He is a pack animal approximately 5'5" tall.
