NPC: A watchful skeleton
Long Desc: A watchful skeleton leans against the wall.

This skeleton's empty eye sockets glow with a baleful, putrid, yellow
glint and they seem to stare directly at you, seeing through your flesh
directly to your soul.  It is your soul that attracts them, as they have
none of their own.  They guard these catacombs, knowing their essence is
held by the dark hand of their master, who craves the souls of the damned
to torment.
He is a skeleton approximately 5'6" tall.
