NPC: A winged snake
Long Desc: A green, winged snake flys around the area.

The massive winged snakes flys around the area swooping at small rodents.
It has beautiful, pink crystal wings which encompass the entire length of
its body.  The torso is a brilliant green, which offsets the color of its
wings.  Well defined scales are seen along the entire length of its body.
The head flows into a sharp, razor tip point, most likely used to stab its
prey through.
It is a winged snake approximately 5'7" tall.
