NPC: A psychic old man
Long Desc: A quirkly-looking old man trots along, mumbling something about treasure.

As he displays his ruffled white hair and wrinkled complexion proudly, this
amused looking old codger hums something about treasure and the astral
plane, of piles of gold, of precious jewels and trinkets, of breathtaking
riches.  Maybe he has just become loony with age, but he is wearing a pair
of pocketwatches, one on each gnarled wrist, made of silver and gold.  Could
there be something behind his mad ramblings?
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
