Long Desc: A wealthy patron is here, enjoying a quiet meal.

Dressed in a much finer blend of clothing than the rest of the guests, this
customer is flaunting their fortune almost blatantly.  A thick pouch of gold
attached to their belt almost begs to be nabbed by a shady rogue, but its
certain they have more gold where that came from.  Enjoying the extravagant
meal in front of them, the wealthy patron makes it obvious they can afford
the finer things in life.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
