NPC: A happy patron
Long Desc: A patron is here eating, drinking, and having a good time.

This cheerful looking man seems to be a regular of the inn, enjoying himself
with his fellow patrons.  He is dressed in modest clothing, a tankard of ale
clutched in one hand and the other hand making wild gestures as he describes
a recent happening to his friends.  He seems quite content to sit here all
night eating, drinking and sharing the company of his fellow men.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
