NPC: A talented storyteller
Long Desc: A short halfling regales the customers with tales and songs.

This halfling bard is quite a sight to behold.  Although he stands at just
over three feet tall, his voice is melodious and facinating.  He stands in
the center of the room strumming his harp and singing to the crowd of the
inn.  A masterful storyteller, he changes the pitch of his voice to draw his
listeners deeply into his tale.  At times, his voice is a mere whisper, but
at other times he fills the room with a high chant.  Captivating the
audience and bringing his story to life for them, this bard travels the
lands playing at different inns to earn fame and fortune.
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
