NPC: A bartender
Long Desc: A bartender is here, mixing and serving drinks.

Everyone knows and loves the bartender of Teolaven, the man is a
celebrity!  Due to heightened mental prowess and other physical
abnormalities, it is exceptionally difficult for psionics to get drunk, and
this bartender exists specifically to get them skunk-sauced.  He stands here
patiently, washing beer steins, and giving a knowing smile indicating that
on command, he will trash you, in the best way possible.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.
