NPC: A dracon merchant
Long Desc: A merchant stands here, attempting to sell his goods.

A very large dracon merchant stands here attempting to sell his wares.
He has brought many different items from the underworld city of Vir by order
of the queen.  The merchant appears to have a friendly look on his face as
he shouts the different goods he has for sale.  At first pale, it seems
strange that the half-elves would allow such an imposing dracon within the
village perimeter, but at second glance, his glassy eyes reveal the truth.
Perhaps you can get a good deal from him.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
