Although aged and marked with the tell-tale cranial wrinkles, this
wizened psionic still has what it takes to do his job.  He appears to have
an untreated case of Menchal, but his mind withstands what his body cannot.
With every grunt of exertion, an imperceptible bolt shoots from the nearest
crystal directly into his cerebellum, strengthening his will and
concentration.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.
