NPC: A tiny sparrow
Long Desc: A sparrow flutters around the crowd, trying not to be trampled.

This tiny little bird is no bigger than the palm of your hand.  It lives
here in the Palace Diocletian and probably has a nest not too far from where
you are now.  It flies from place to place, in a random fashion, looking for
whatever food it can spot and digest.  Occasionally it chirps whenever it
sees something that could be of danger to it, or whenever it sees another
sparrow.
She is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
