NPC: An impish urisk
Long Desc: A fiendish-looking urisk floats here, giggling mischievously.

Elfin, affectionate and fun-loving, urisks have a taste for trouble and
mystery.  This one looks no different, being the sole resident of a deserted
pixie pool.  What exactly he did to arrive in such circumstances is unknown,
but with their penchant for amusing arson and justifiable murder (if it's
funny!), this might not be company that you wish to keep.
He is a brownie approximately 3'7" tall.
