Long Desc: A highly wealthy noble is here, dining by himself.

Whoever said money can't buy happiness might have been right.  Although this
man is dressed in the finest silks and jewlery, he is also dining alone, by
himself, in a private dining room, in an inn.  He may have his reasons for
eating in such solitude, but at first glance he appears to be quite lonely.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
