NPC: Dr. Sotte
Long Desc: A wiry man with a long, thin head is here, resting on a meteorite staff.

Doctor Sotte is among the foremost Alyrian physicists, practicing the
careful art of mathematics and movement.  He wears thin rimmed glasses, and
has an abnormally skinny head, which is covered scantily with greasy, black
hair.  When he speaks, his voice echoes through his abnormally large nose,
giving him the shrill enthusiasm so lacking in his chosen field of study.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
