NPC: A hedge wizard
Long Desc: A hedge wizard is here working his magic.

This little fellow in bright green robes blends with ease into the
surrounding foliage.  Standing a little over 4 feet tall, this gnomish type
person is rather dumpy looking and quite chubby.  His big green eyes miss no
dying leaf, no fungus, or mold.  His duty is to keep all living plants
healthy and happy and he takes a very dim view of any creature who is not
careful of his charges and uses a high form of Earth Magick to aid and
protect.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
