NPC: A hopping frog
Long Desc: A hopping frog is here, leaping from rock to rock.

The hopping frog croaks contentedly before leaping onto another rock.  It
then extends its long tongue, catching a nearby fly.  It then tries again
once another fly comes near, and catches it!  The frog seems to glance up at
you with its small beady eyes as if it has noticed you.  Then, suddenly, it
issues a loud croaking sound that seems more like a burp.
He is a frog approximately 1'5" tall.
