NPC: A very scruffy stray dog
Long Desc: A scruffy looking stray dog sniffs at a bit of garbage.

The stray dogs that inhabit this area are all of the same general
appearance, hinting that they might have all come from the same litter, or
at least are all related in some way.  The inbred nature of these beasts
leaves them less than show-worthy, and their coats are always either very
dirty, very scruffy, or full of mange.
It is a domestic dog approximately 3'7" tall.
