NPC: An industrious laborer
Long Desc: A bright-eyed young man rushes about here, looking for things to do.

This young fellow is almost tripping over his own feet, searching eagerly
for something to do.  Idleness, though apparently common in many of these
frontiersmen, seems to have passed over this one.  His hands almost seem to
blur in a frenzy of excess energy, and his eyes dart from place to place,
looking for something to clean, build, repair, or disassemble.
Industriousness may be a virtue, but this could be taking it too far.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
