NPC: A seasoned elven scout
Long Desc: A lithe elf in fine armor slowly walks along here.

Ever alert, this tall, slender elf moves about with the grace and skill
of a seasoned hunter.  His bright, blue eyes scan about watching everything,
and his fingers grace the hilt of the large dagger in his belt.  Dressed in
fine elven armor and supple leathers, this scout must be very good at what
he does.  Perhaps the humans hired him, or he came along to explore the
strange realm of the faeries and hone his skills.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
