NPC: A sleeping drunk
Long Desc: A drunken man is here, passed out and snoring.

This fellow stinks.  He doesn't even know it, either.  His snoring is
almost enough to drown out the rest of the tavern noise, and there is enough
glass on his table to replace every window in every cathedral in the whole
of Alyria.  Well, maybe not THAT much, but it's more than enough to cover
the table top.  Someone should do this man a favor and wake him up, then
send him on his way back home.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
