NPC: A weepy drunk
Long Desc: A lonely drunk sits at the bar, weeping into his ale.

Consumed by some unaccountable depression, this man slumps over the bar,
his misty, bloodshot eyes seemingly fascinated by the contents of his glass.
His soggy face is streaked with bits of dirt and his hair appears rather
disheveled and filmy, alluding to the possibility that he has been here
stewing over whatever torments him for quite some time.  For a moment, a
smile twitches across his lips, as though a fond memory had occurred to him,
then quivers and melts as fresh tears stream down his cheeks.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
