NPC: A drunken gate guard
Long Desc: A half-drunken man slouches here, muttering in slurred syllables.

This guard does not appear particularly thrilled by his assigned task,
which seems to mainly consist of idling for hours on end while sweating to
death under heavy leather armor.  He slouches against the gate, dirt and
perspiration streaked across his scowling face.  Every now and then, he
grumbles a few slurred curses to himself and produces a small metal flask
from his coat pocket, taking a swig from it.  He appears ready to start a
fight at the drop of a hat, desperate to spice up this unpleasant task.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
