NPC: The Demon Lord of Cruelty
Long Desc: A furious demon the crimson of blisters stands here, gathering might.

Scaly wings twice the size of an ogre shroud this Demon Lord.  Talons
claw out of the wings' carapace every foot or so, and seven and a half feet
above the ground, a pair eyes blacker than tourmalines gaze outward.  Eyes
narrows, forehead creased, what little is visible of this Demon's face
reveals a figure existing only for hatred, destruction and inflicting pain.
Ravens' claws clutch the ground steadfastly, and eight feet above black
horns reaching longer than a minotaurs' armspan fold outward in a rapacious
embrace of everything.
He is a demon approximately 8'0" tall.
